This is a genealogy site that was hosted on RootsWeb. The gray background does not make for an attractive site.
The owner wanted to expand the site and make it more dynamic, as well as improve its findability on search engines.
The next phase will be to create an eCommerce solution so copyrighted photographs may be licensed or sold online.

The client wanted to bring their outdated site up to speed with special attention to a new navigation system, practically nonexistent despite the hundreds of pages they had created. Most were unfindable by search engines and by their own internal menus and links. I revamped the design entirely and gave it a fresh, user-friendly look. Halfway through the project, they found Drupal developers who were willing to put in hundreds of man-hours gratis.

Client is a non-profit genealogy group. I volunteered to help out with their existing website. This led to a total redesign for which I developed a new logo, header and other graphics. Later, they added a blog which I created in WordPress. After about a year, I decided to integrate the site and the blog and moved them into WordPress so their members could add content and perform their own updates.

This is the original home page for the JGSLA website. It was created with Front Page back in the day, and there were hundreds of pages!
